Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Nevelle products. If you are not satisfied, please review our policy below.


1. Returns

Due to the nature of skincare products, we only accept returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In original packaging


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

  • Bundles where one product is opened


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued:

  • To your original payment method

  • Within 5–10 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

We replace items only if defective or damaged.


5. Order Issues / Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged, email us within 7 days:

  • Order number

  • Photos of packaging + damaged product

We will send a replacement.


6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase due to immediate fulfillment.
